Q: Will you do all of my shopping for me?

A: We will provide all your grocery needs while you are on vacation. Our inventory is extensive and special orders can be made for items, not in our inventory. We supply condiments, drinks, snacks, cooking staples, etc. We deal only with the finest and freshest. 

 

 

Q: Will everything be at my rental home when I arrive?
A: Deliveries are made the day of arrival for our vacationers. Every effort is made to complete deliveries by the time you check.

 

 

Q: How much does Copper Ladle service cost?
A: We personally select, purchase, and deliver all of your grocery selections for your orders.  Each service or package has its own competitive pricing.

Q: If I don't find everything I need in my package, can I make changes?
A: We have tried to make our shopping list as comprehensive as possible. If there is anything special you want that is not covered, just make a note of it and we'll make every effort to fill your request.

Q: If I have special dietary restrictions, can you accommodate me?

A: Copper Ladle offers a Custom Package made just for those with restrictions.  Please select that package in our book it page and we will reach out to discuss your particular needs.

 

 

Q: Can I select organic?  

A: You may request to have organic items if possible.

Q:  What brand of product will I receive?

A:  Copper Ladle will use a substitute brand unless specified by the client to use only brand name items.
